Fruithill has grown and processed Italian purple plums since 1960. All plums in our products are grown in the Pacific Northwest. Harvest and processing generally occur in late August or early September.

Punch- & Elliott-pitted, diced or sliced, IQF, straight pack, frozen in pails, drums or cartons (IQF only).
Puree, 0.045”, single-strength, non-pasteurized, frozen in pails or drums.
